What is FasteCash?


FasteCash is a payment solution system with the vision to make e-commerce a workable reality in the Nigerian community. The URL of the website is http://www.FasteCash.com. It makes online transaction possible and easy by helping customers and recipients to transfer fund in real time for a product/service. Money can also be sent to friends and relatives either as a gift or for other reasons through the online service.

The parties involved in an online business, transaction or deal must have FasteCash accounts to carry out such a transaction. Every FasteCash account user receives instant notification in his/her email box for any online transaction that is being carried out.

You can sign up for FasteCash account for free, using your email address and a specially and personally chosen User name. Your email and User name are unique because nobody else has them except you.

How can I sign up for an account?


To sign up for FasteCash account, visit the website by typing http://www.FasteCash.com into your web browser or click here to sign up. Click on “Register” link at the top navigation bar. A registration page opens up, enter a personal User name of your choice and in the text box and fill in other details. The Username must be at least 5 characters of either alphabets or combination of both alphabets and numbers.

If there is any problem while registering, you will always receive an error message below the input box which can guide you to correct your mistake. If somebody has already taken the Username you are trying to use, you will receive a message like this; “The Username is already taken. Choose another. .

After a successful completion of your online registration form, you are redirected to Login into your account and start using your FasteCash Normal Account. You can later upgrade to FasteCash Classic Account.

Do I need to pay to open an account?


Opening FasteCash online account is free. Every new and free account that is opened is tagged.FasteCash Normal Account. You can upgrade to Premium or Classic Account. These accounts give you more features for other online transaction benefits.

What do you mean by account upgrading?


Account upgrading is a process of getting the other type of FasteCash online account.

Every newly opened account is tagged FasteCash Normal account. But there is another accounts which is called Classic Account.

So the process of moving from Normal Account type to Classic Account is known as upgrading. You may want to consider upgrading for its numerous benefit.

How can I Upgrade To Classic Account?


To upgrade to Classic account, login into your FasteCash account, locate and click on the Upgrade link on the left side menu list of your account. Choose upgrade to Classic account, then follow the instructions to complete the process.

You must have up to N7,500.00 in your account for effective upgrade to Classic Account.

What are the benefits of Upgrading to other FasteCash Online Account?


When you are a FasteCash Normal Account user, you can only buy, send money online to others through your account and withdraw money from your Fastecash Account to your local bank account. If you take a step further and upgrade to Classic account, you will enjoy all the services above plus you can sell goods and services and receive money from your websites (online sales). .

The account can also be referred to as merchant account. Some features are added to your account when you upgrade to carry out these tasks. Your customers can shop on your website and pay you through FasteCash secure payment processor.

How do I fund my account?

You can fund your FasteCash account in two ways;

A. Funding with Recharge Pincode

B. Funding through bank

How do I fund my account with Recharge Pincode?

Recharge Pincodeis like a recharge card but, in this case, it’s a voucher that you purchase from an authorized reseller which has a pin and a code number which is used to fund your FasteCash account.

Follow these steps to fund your account using the Recharge Pincode:

Purchase Recharge Pincode from any of our Merchants.

1. Login into your FasteCash account

2. Move your mouse to “My Account” menu link at the left side of the account.

3. Click on “Recharge Account” on the pop out sub menu link.

4. Enter the Code# and Pin# on the recharge voucher into the Code# and Pin# text boxes on the Recharge Account Form respectively, then click on the Recharge button on the form.

Your account will automatically be recharged with the value on the voucher if the process is successful.

What happens if the process is not successful?

The system will show you invalid code# or invalid pin# as the case may be; this shows that an error has occurred somewhere. At this juncture, what you have to do is, check where the error occurred and make corrections after which you would click on the Recharge button to submit.

How do I fund my account through bank?

You can also fund your FasteCash by making deposit into our bank accounts. You can get our banks account details by logging into your FasteCash account. You will find it at the home page of your account. After making your deposit, you must login into your account and send us a deposit notification.

Follow the process below to send your deposit notification;

1. Login into your account and move your mouse to Transaction menu link at the left side of the account. Click on Deposit Notification on the pop out sub menu link.

2. Fill the deposit notification form by entering the details of your deposit and click on notify to send your message to FasteCash otherwise, click on reset to make correction(s)

3. As soon as you click “notify” a pop out page will appear asking if you are sure you want to receive SMS notification once your FasteCash account is funded, click “Ok” otherwise, click “Cancel” The notification enables us to get your payment details which will help us to confirm from the bank and make us respond to your request on time.

Note: Your account will be charged #5.00 for the SMS service. .

How can I withdraw money from my Fastecash Account?

You can withdraw money from FasteCash through the following process;

•  Login into your FasteCash account

•  Move your mouse to Transaction menu link at the left side of the account page, click on Withdraw Money on the pop out sub menu link.

• Specify the amount you wish to withdraw into the amount input box of the Money withdrawal form.

•  Choose Withdraw to my Bank Account for the method of withdrawal.

•  When this is done, click on Proceed? Button to go to the Withdrawal Review page otherwise, click Reset to make a correction on the form and then click Proceed?

•  If the process is successful, click on withdraw to send us a notification of the withdrawal.

Note: Your withdrawal could be denied if the amount you want to withdraw is greater than your current account balance. A 5% commission(for Normal account holders) or 2.5% commission (for Classic account holders) will be charged for the withdrawal and added to the actual amount you want to withdraw. The total amount of money is deducted from your Fastecash account but the exact amount you want to withdraw is deposited into your bank account.

Your money will be paid into your bank account within 72 working hours if all due processes are completed.

What are the processes that can delay my withdrawal?

The following are some of the reasons that could delay your withdrawal;

1 .If you have not updated your bank account details, it could cause a delay in your withdrawal.

2. Another reason that could delay your withdrawal is found in cases where a FasteCash account user want to receive money from another user of FasteCash account and the sender could not be reached to confirm the transfer.

How Can I send Deposit Notification ?

• How do I send a deposit Notification?

Follow this guideline to send us a deposit notification;

1. Login into your account and move your mouse to Transaction menu link at the left side of the account. Click on Deposit Notification on the pop out sub menu link.

2. Fill the deposit notification form by entering the details of your deposit and click on notify to send your message to FasteCash otherwise, click on reset to make correction(s).

3. As soon as you click “notify” a pop out page will appear asking if you are sure you want to receive SMS notification once your FasteCash account is funded, click “Ok

Note: Your account will be charged #5.00 for the SMS service.

You can also send us a text message through; 234(0)8059821468. The text message should include your username, amount deposited, date of deposit, name of depositor as it is on the slip and the bank in which the deposit was made

How Can I Become a Merchant ?

•  To become a Merchant; follow the steps below:

The first step you will need to take is to upgrade your FasteCash account to Classic which costs #7,500. You will need a minimum balance of #7,500 in your account to make the upgrade sucessful.

fter this is done, the next thing to do once your FasteCash account has been credited is to log on to your FasteCash Normal account, move your mouse to Upgrade menu link at the left side of your account and click .The classic account upgrade form comes up. On the form, you have the Upgrade With. The Upgrade With has two options of payment; they are Naira or Dollar , click on Naira or Dollar radio button as a means of payment, depending on the currency you have in your FasteCash account.

You will also find on the form, Terms and Condition of Use .

It is important to read the Terms and Condition of Use and by clicking I Agree means you have accepted to be bound by the condition. After you have clicked on I Agree, you can then click on the Upgrade button , the system will notify you with a pop up window that your account will be charged the total sum of #7,500 to upgrade to classic account.

How Can I generate recharge pincodes as a Classic Account User?

 To generate recharge pincode

Below are steps on how to generate recharge pincodes as a Classic account user;

  • Login into your FasteCash account, move your mouse to Pincodes at the left side of your account, click on Generate Pincode on the pop out sub menu link.

  • The Generate Pincodes box comes up which contains the Pincode Type, Value and How Many pincode you want to generate .

  • Select the type of pincode you would like to generate; the Value box will display the unit cost. These are the different types of pincode and their values; Linen = #50, Lace = #100, Ivory = #200, Opal = #500, Topaz = #1000, Sapphire = #2000, Ruby = #5000 and Gold = #10,000 respectively.

  • Type the quantity you want to generate, click Proceed? button

  • Once you click the “Proceed” button, the Review Pincode Generation box will appear and you will see the breakdown of the pincodes you intend to generate. You will also see the total amount that will be charged from your FasteCash account.

  • To proceed, click the Generate button.
The system reports to you with the message; Pincodes Generated!

To view the pincodes you have generated;

  • Move your mouse to Pincodes at the left side of your account, click on Resellable Pincode.

  • You will see the records of all the recharge pincodes you have generated.

To print out the pincodes you have generated:

  • Move your mouse to Pincodes at the left side of your account, click on Print Pincode

  • The Search And Print Pincodes page appears, from the Search By; drop down list field, select the criteria to search, like ALL, BATCH NO, DATE and SERIAL. Click on List

  • The next page will bring out the list of pincodes you want to print out. You can then print out the recharge pincodes and cut it for reselling.

How to Create Folder for Sending Bulk SMS In Fastecash?

  To create a folder for sending bulk SMS

  1. Open your FasteCash account.

  2. Move your mouse to SMS at the left side of your account.

  3. Click on Contact List from the sub menu list.

  4. A page appears with Add New Folder box.

  5. Type a name for the folder in the Folder Name column.

  6. Click Add New Folder, the system will automatically add the folder in your contact list. You may create as many folders as you want.

  7. The next stage is to open a Microsoft Excel sheet, type all your contacts with their phone numbers in the sheet, the names will be in the first column, the number in the second column which should take this format; 2348037482091 and save the file as a CSV (Comma delimited) file. E.g., the file name can be mycontact.csv.

  8. Log into your FasteCash account, place your mouse on SMS and click Import Contacts from the sub menu link, the Import Numbers from File to Folder page comes up.

  9. Select the name of the folder you want to save your contacts into from the drop down list field of the Folder box.

  10. Click on the Browse button in front of File Location text box, the File Upload dialogue box appears, search the CSV file name that contains your contacts. Click on the Open button to select the file.

  11. Click the Upload File button and a report will be generated to tell you if your contact is successfully uploaded or not.

How do I update my Bank Account details?

•  Login into your FasteCash account.

•  Move your mouse to My Profile menu link at the left side of your account, click Edit Profile on the pop out sub menu link and update your bank details.

As soon as you have updated your bank account, get us informed using the Feed Back form that appears at the sub menu link of Help at the left side of your FasteCash account.

What are referral commissions?


You can invite someone (friends,relatives etc) to open a FasteCash account. The money that is credited to your account when the person you invited to open a fasteCash account upgrade to Classic account is your referral commission.

Referral commissions are in three levels according to the type of account you have. The details is as follows:

How do I invite someone to open a FasteCash Account?


To invite someone to open a FasteCash account, login into your account, locate and click on the tell friend link on the side bar. Fill the form and submit.

Please ensure that your friends follow the link sent to their email box for signing up. You can then start to receive your referral commission as the user upgrades to FasteCash Classic Account

Why am I receiving invalid Username and Password ?


Have you ever thought of what could be the cause of your inability to access your FasteCash account? There are some reasons that could cause this difficulty which may arise from:

1. Entering a wrong username or a wrong email address.

2. Entering an incorrect password. As a FasteCash account user, whenever you find yourself in this situation, that is, if you have forgotten your username just enter your email address in place of your username but if you have forgotten your password or you are still having problem of login in to your account, then the next alternative is for you to reset your password.

Follow this instruction to reset your password;

1. From the home page at http://www.fastecash.com, where there is the login box, click on the link "Problem Signing In?" A page opens up with the heading "Forgot Password?" but, if you are on the Login page, click on the link “Forgot Password?”

2. A Reset Password box comes up, enter your FasteCash Username or Email in the text box and click the "Submit" button.

3. A mail will be sent to your email address for a new password to reset your FasteCash account password.

4. Open your email and copy the new password and paste or type it into the login box with your FasteCash username or email. (If you can not see it in your inbox, check your bulk or junk mail if you use yahoo or hotmail address) The new password will give you access to your account again.

5. After gaining access into your FasteCash account, place your mouse on "My Profile" menu link at the left side of your FasteCash account and click on "Change Password" sub menu link to change the password given to you.

To do this;

1. Enter the password you are given as your "Present Password"

2. Enter your preferable password into "New Password" text box.

3. Confirm the password by re-entering your preferable password into the "Confirm Password" text box and click "Change" button. The new password will be accepted as your login password for your subsequent access to the system.
