@ Tade, with the new technology we have deployed to
ClicknReach, uploading your contacts is very easy once you saved the contacts the proper way.
Follow the process below to save your contacts before uploading:
1. Open a Microsoft Excel sheet and type all your contacts with their phone numbers and email address in the sheet, the names will be in the first column, the number in the second column and the email in the third column (this is optional) and save as CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv).
2. Login into your ClicknReach account.
3. Click on "Phone Book" at the top of the home page. 4. Specify the title for the List in the "List Title" of the "Contact Lists" E.g., Friends, Colleagues etc and click "Create List" button
5.Beside each List Title in the table are four(4) icon buttons under the headings: View, Upload, Edit and Delete.
6. Click on "Upload" at the right side of the particular "List Title" you wish to upload your contacts.
7. Browse and select the CSV file you saved in excel sheet and click "Update CSV". The list will automatically be uploaded under the "List Title" you selected.
Also ensure that none of the numbers is more or lesser than eleven digits and that all the numbers have names attached to it. If this process is not followed, you might have problem uploading the contacts.
