With our recent company's plan to reposition our online payment system, FasteCash.com, we realised that flexibility is one of the virtues that will make a payment solution like ours fulfill its purpose of making online payment easy.
We have, therefore, concluded the plan to remove minimum amount that is required for a FasteCash Classic account user to pay before his or her account can be funded. The minimum amount used to be N5,000.00 before it was reviewed to N2,000.00. With the new plan, a Classic account user can pay any amount of money to fund his or her FasteCash account.
Likewise, minimum balance that a Classic account user must retain in his or her account has also been eliminated. This means that any FasteCash Classic user can now spend all the money he or she has in his or her account to zero Naira.
Meanwhile, FasteCash Premium Account type is also being removed from the system while Normal and Classic accounts are retained for general users and merchants respectively.
To Your Multiple Opportunity FasteCash Team.
Title : Re: please explain
Comment : @ Andrew, premium account type has being eliminated from the system and you are supposed to pay N2,500 to upgrade to classic account but you were asked to pay N2,000 after the minimum balance removal. Title : Re: how much to upgrade and how?
Comment : @ morgans, Premium account type has been eliminated so you have only upgrade to Classic which cost N7,500. You will do the upgrade online after you have funded your FasteCash account.
Title : please explain
Comment : You deducted N500 from my account
as fee for removal of minimum
balance and u're still asking me
to pay N2000 to upgrade to
classic. I don't think this is
right. Moreover you never stated
it anywhere that you will be doing
such. Please explain the motive
behind this N500, i don't think
its proper, I was very
disappointed and felt exploited
when I noticed it

Title : Nice Idea
Comment : Its a welcome development, and all your other improvements in the sms platform and online transactions are quite good. But you have deducted about N500 from my account, why? Is it part of what I will use to update to Classic within the one year in question?
